Default 2002 Odometer

My odometer keeps going out. Sometimes it will be lit, sometimes not. Any ideas?

all you want to do is touch them with a hot solder iron and get them to flow. Unless you work in electronics, you probably cant actually add any solder without f'ing things up, they are close together. A little flux on them touch with iron is good.

been there done that. I'd get someone that does it for a living to do it. I had to get a whole new overhead console to get the display without the temperature in it. Anyway.. Good luck on the decision on fixing it

The solder didnt seem to have any flux at all, and oxidized rapidly when heated, and really didnt flow when I repaired mine. It was a bit of a pain, and Ive done a lot of soldering . I had to grind a very sharp point on a tip, and drag the solder a bit to get it to adhere better.

Getting an electronics shop to do it shouldnt cost much.
