Default 2002 king cab

Just got the truck running for my wife. Went to do a safety check, no horn an I can't find it. I thought it went on the passenger side on the cowl, no horn or wiring for the horn. HELP!!!

Mount a horn. Run colored wire to battery + (use an inline fuse) Run black wire into cab to a horn button
