Ok, so today I noticed that when the key is turned on in the truck the radio makes a weird humming/buzzing noise. It doesn't stop until the key is turned off, even when the radio is off it still makes the noise, it almost sounds like a small fan or something like that.

I was just wondering if this is normal or if something is messed up?

Oh, BTW the radio and CD player work fine.
