Default 2002 f150 need help

Alright, this is my first post and I'm trying to figure something out that's wrong with my truck and you guys seem pretty well knowledged about problems. My truck is a 2002 f150 with 5.4 v8 4x4 and I'm having some vibration issues around 45-60 mph. It happens when it down shifts and it will be around 1500 rpms and when I give it gas it starts to vibrate really bad. I replace ball joint, controlled arms, u joints a month ago thinking it was in the suspension and its still doing it. I just replaced the fuel filter as well about a week ago figuring it wasn't getting the proper amount of fuel and its still doing it. Help me please! Also it sounds like its misfiring but its not throwing any code. When I get to accelerating at around 15-30 mph you can hear the skipping of the cylinders so I'm starting to think its the COPs.

Make sure all your fuel injector plugs are plugged in. Like the connector where the wire connects to the injector happened to me
