2002 4x4 shock replacement

I'm changing the shocks on my 2002 regular cab 4x4 f150. The front ones look fairly easy but the upper nut on the back ones looks tricky, any tips?

take a pair of vise grips or something and hold the very top tip of the shock bolt..then turn the regular nut off. This keeps the shock from spinning while your trying to loosen the nut.
