Default 2001 rear brake issue

hello all
im reposting this due to lack of any helpful input

i have a 2001 f-150 with rear disc brakes
had rotors turned new pads (wagoner semi metalic)

braking is fine my problem is when you press the brake pedal to shift into gear the rear brakes make and awful noise like a very loud groaning and squeaking similar to how i sound when i get out of bed in the mornings.... i replaced the brakes to fix this problem
worked fine for about the first 200 miles then it came back... so i crawled under it took everything off put it all back on (same parts) problen solved.. so i thought.. until about another 150 miles and problem is back again .. lubricated pads as recommended and cleaned all parts with brake cleaner

anybodys thoughts or experience with this problem and have any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks to all who might reply..

Mine does it a little in the morning, other then that it's not an issue by any means. I know if I apply a little gas while the brake is applied it'll really creak and groan. Not sure if this is the same noise you're talking about. If so, I've never worried too much about it.

One question, are you stepping on the pedal rally hard when you shift into drive/reverse etc.?

x2 to above post. I find mine rust up anytime there's moisture in the air overnight. First couple of stops can be sorta jerky and noisy but I live with it. I shouldn't need to replace the drums for another 30k
