Nice call Torkum This is what I found right off.Also found the oil sending unit not easy to get to but 50 lbs pressure at cold idle.

Sometimes its not fun to be right when you see a pic like that but way to go getting in that oil pan and finding the problem.

Got a good source for a crank?? It's got a pretty good groove cut in it.

I would first take it to your local machine shop and talk to them, they could have one laying around or know where one is. I bought a complete motor off Craig's list for $200 and got lucky that it only had a broken exhaust valve so now I have a back up on everything.
