2001 f150 rotors

i just bought some american racing mag rims but they are for chevy is there any chevy rotors that would fit my 01 ford or can i have my rotors be redrilled?

Not worth the trouble to make this happen. You will spend the money that it would take to get the correct wheels.

Rotors aren't your problem anyway, its the hub which is totally different from ford to chevy, don't waste your time, just get the right wheels dude.
