I have a 2000 f-150 very clean. 4.2l v6 65000 miles.

Looking to do some upgrades. I would like to upgrade the engine some. Cold air intake, exhaust, also can you turbo this engine safely without any mods?
I see the compression ratio is 9.26 dont know if this is safe.

I would like to get around 50 more Hp or more.

Also what is the biggest tires i can put on it with the stock suspension.

Note i plan on doing these upgrades as i get the money.

Any mod ideas would be much appreciated.
