Default 2000 Ford E-150 4.6L Triton Engine Problems

Hello, as the tittle states i have a e-150 i know its not an f-150 truck, But my truck is fine !

My e-150 just randomly started acting up. it runs like garbage, no power, it will barley move. , then all the sudden wont run , well starts but stahls as soon as it goes into drive.

I scanned the codes, it said bank 2 sensor 2, misfire cylinder 3, so i did the o2 sensor and erased the codes.

Now it will actually run but has no power, no ***** at all, not like it used to be!

the engine light has not come back on, i did erase the codes, but shouldnt they come back if its throwing any after i restarted it ?

the o2 sensor made a difference it does start up and idle now. but idles crappy and still no ***** at all...

Any ideas ??

Heres pictures of the o2 sensor i pulled out it was BAD

a tune up wouldnt hurt. my truck is a 2000 and it started getting a misfire in cylinder 4. new coil packs, plugs a few other odds and ends. made a world of difference. btw my truck had 112,000 miles at the time

The misfire on cylinder 3 is likely a coil pack. I would replace all plugs and the #3 coil as well as air/fuel filters if you haven't already. A good tune up should do wonders for you.
