Default 2000 f150

I'm having a funny clicking under my front left wheel well every time i press the gas sounds like it's the engine not sure tho? Any ideas what it might be

exhaust leak? check the spark plugs, might be loose.. AKA Spark Plug Blowout

A. a exhaust leak from broken exhaust manifold studs
B. a spark plug thats loose and about to eject itself out of the head
C. a bad timing chain tensioner

I was told it might be one of the bolts from the manifolds anyway I'd be able to tell for sure?

I called a mechanic shop and they told me it might be my manifolds is there anyway I can tell forsure?

either stick your head in the wheel well or lay on the ground under the truck, look all around the manifolds to see if theres just the end of a stud and no nut on it

this shows what you would like to see on the manifold, nuts on the studs, on this pic it is fine and not a problem
