Default 2000 cop

Was wondering what everyone would recommend for new COP for a 2000 F-150 5.4L. I had trouble with them replaced one and then kept havin trouble so i tried the ones off ebay that people said were ok (bullcrap) had one go bad within a month so replaced it with a good old one i had and now where back to start another bad one-two have yet to find. This time moneys not holding these up (for the most part) i want something that i dont have to worry about going out for as long as i have the truck. This time it went out while haulin a car trailer with some stuff luckily only 5miles from home. Thanks in advance.

Did you replace spark plugs when you replaced cops? Bad plugs can cause cops to fail.
