Default 1999 Power Window Help Please

I have a 1999 F-150 Lariat with electric window issues. Specifically, the passenger window does not move with the use of either the passenger or driver's side window switch. I suspect since both switches suddenly stopped working i either have a problem with the window controller or the power motor. Fyi the driver's window works fine.

Does anyone have any experience with this or guidance on how to proceed with troubleshooting, replacement parts and installation? I am also going to check out YouTube videos.

Thanks in advance.

Bad window motor. Remove the door panel, plug the switches back in, use a rubber mallet and bump the inner door frame near the motor while using the switch. If it starts to work the motor is weak and/or the tracks are dirty and need to be greased. I use graphite to lube the window tracks

Thanks. After watching the video and talking to a rep it's either the wiring harness or the motor. Since I hear the solenoid clicking when I actuate the switch I agree it's probably the power motor. I'm very familiar with both doors due to replacing the locks already!

If the motors have never been replaced you will have drill the spot on the door from an then drill out the rivets that hold the motor in place
