1999 f150 4x4 problem
i have a 1999 f150 with the 4x4 floor shifter and its really hard 2 get it into 4 wheel drive it does go in but its hard to move idk what it could b any suggestions on what i can do 2 fix it.

How awesome is this to help someone with the same problem I had! Have you sprayed it with WD or PB Blast yet?? If you havnt do so. Next you may wanna look into possibly getting a new one try Craigslist that's what I did there veryyyy easy to install took me less then 20mins.. But what happens is when you don't use it often or at all it rusts and siezes up and theres not a lot to do to fix it besides spray it and work it. Are you sure there's nothing wrong with the transferase thats something to consider as well. Then your looking at other problems. But shoot it with some PB Blast comes in a white can yellow lid.
