Default 1997 4.6 trouble codes

I installed a set of shorty headers and now I need some advice. I am getting 1131-1151 and 325 knock sensor. I have a superchips program in it, set for 87 octane and the gotts mod.I looked for a vacuum leak with propane then carborator cleaner. I found nothing. I was getting po401 but I changed the DPFE sensor and that went away. Before i changed the sensor i was having a hard time doing 65 mph on the highway. It runs great at idle and below 40 45 mph. Going up hills it is lacking power and you can hear it knocking/ pinging.
Do I need to remove the superchips program? Thanks for any advice.

Update on my issue. I removed the upper intake and found 1 of the ports that flow to/from the egr valve was completely blocked with black junk. I will drive it tomorrow to test it out.
I cleared the codes but I did not dis- connect the battery.

Took a drive today and it ran better but not normal. I got back without the SEL light but I checked and
the code was knock sensor, po136, po156, po1131, po 1151. I found that I did not have the PCV valve
in place. Then I installed the stock program.
Anyone have any advice before I take it for another test drive?

Went for a drive after I replaced vacuum tubes, upper o2 sensors and installed the stock program.
Now I get po141 (rear o2) sensor and po325. I got new rear o2 sensors but one broke off
During our fight. I got the remainder out but now I have to chase the threads before the new one goes in.

The latest.... got all the o2 sensors changed. I had to weld a new bung to thread in the rear one on the passenger side. Now I am down to po325. All this stuff from putting headers on. This truck is a 97 f250 light duty, 4.6, supercab with 79k miles. Bought it in 2000 with 20k. I am the second owner and the first place that was titled was Newfoundland.
Anyone have any ideas what my plans shoud be for the knock sensor?

Listened really close to the passenger side exhaust manifold area and reved
The engine. Sounded like a small leak some place. Did not sound the same as the drivers side.
I removed the manifold, installed a new gasket, put never seize on the mating exhaust flanges. That place where I am used to putting a Donut gasket in.
I did not complete, got to be late and I have to get up early for work. Glad they give me a vehicle to drive at work, this is a pain. I want to get back to working on my 60'&70's cars.

Changed the gasket, neverseized the ring where the exhaust connects to the manifold and where the flange rides on the exhaust pipe. No leaks. Cleared code.Went for a drive and still has a slight miss.
Going to disconnect the battery for a while then maybe dump in the superchips program again.
Not tonight, I have other things to catch up on.
if anons is following my adventure, stay tuned. By the way I replaced the Mr gasket exhaust manifold gaskets with the ones that came with the manifolds. Something to think about.

To date, new headers, new DPFE, new PCV valve, 4 new o2 sensors, replaced questionable vacuum tubes, NEW EGR tube. Running good on the flats, hills are ok unless I put my foot into it.
Then I get engine knock and code, knock sensor(po325),but no check engine light. I have the superchips program for 87 octane. Cleaned MAF sensor too.
Today I put in 89 octane to try out. I might try the proformance tune on the superchips. Thinking it wont regard as much on hills. Am I thinking correctly?
Input and ideas are appreciated.
I have the Gotta mod and a KNN. Is there a thing like too much air?

Drove today about 100+ miles. Drove ok on the flats but struggled on hills. Knocking was minimal with 89 octane and the 87 octane tune on superchips. Lacks power bad. I think there may be something wrong with my EGR valve. I cleaned the ports on the intake 90.

-found a vacuum leak on the black tube that is bent in a 45 deg attached by the IAC valve.the tube is the size of a 3/4" heater hose. That brought back some power. I still have a slight knock when I try to go fast quickly. I think I will try seafoam before I change the knock sensor.
Other than that its running ok now. Just that knock. It does not bring on the CEL. But my code reader picks it up.
