Default 1 inch block in the back??

So I'm trying to figure out if I already have a one inch block on the back tusion bars it looks like the previous owner did put one cause it had a loosened hitch too, I looked under the truck in the back and there is a black thing in-between where the tusion bars sit but what's a one inch block really supposed to look like? I'm only asking cause I wanna get the truxxx 3 inch lift for the front of my truck. My truck is a 2000 f150 ext. cab 5.4L 4X4

You should have a 2" block between the leaf spring and the axle mounting flange... They come stock this way.
