I was able to get a set of lights yesterday. Now I need to find out if the reverse sockets I have will work or if I need to get another pair

I had a question about this, I know its an older thread but I was wondering if the cutting of the metal behind the light was really needed.

You can try and make the pigtail fit yourself, or cut it off, add some more wire and try to move where the pigtail sits.

You don’t have the cut the metal if you get the correct super duty connectors tho right? Cutting the metal didn’t bother me but I also didn’t just straight hack it to ****
