Default 04 heritage

hey folks, I've got an 04 heritage crew cab, i am having trouble finding the little switch that turns on and off the interior lights, i have after market LED strips i want to wire in under the dash. I'm a huge fan of LED interior lights. i like it nice and bright. where can i locate this little guy in my truck??

The 2004 Heritage is a 97-03 body style truck. You may have better luck asking that part of the forum.

On the 04-08, it’s right near the headlight switch. It may be different on your generation though.

Moved to the 10th gen section. It should be right next to or below the switch to turn the headlights on and off.

I've looked pretty hard and cant see anything. im starting to wonder if its in the door hinge. it's not the hinge but the bar that retracts into the door and stops it from flinging open un uncontrollably

Oh I was thinking the switch to dim the lights or turn them on and off. The switch you're thinking of is in the door.
