So I should just keep conditoning them and try to get all the leather feeling smooth again instead of hard and tuff feeling? Because the base of the seats feel so smooth now lol

You probably need to do more conditioning (and maybe more spa treatment) of the seat backs. Try really putting it on thick and leave it on there for a bit and then rub it in. I have noticed some areas in mine get darker than others when using Leather CPR, but after a few hours, the color is almost identical again, although the lighter areas do not feel as soft as the areas that are darker.
I actually just did mine again today. My passenger front looks like your rear seats, the bottom gets real dark but the back does not get as dark.
I had to laugh at your seatbelt, I did the same thing to keep it out of the way.

For the seat heaters, the orange light turns on but does not heat up? Both sides or just one?

I'm not to good at the "Spa Treatment" I tried it with microfiber and terry clothes, I boil water on the stove and add just a tad bit of baby soap (J&J) into a big glass bowl. Then I'd let the clothes sit in it for about 2-5 mins and wring them out so they were still damp but not soaked.

I'd then take them and lay them on the seat... but within about 30-50secs they were already feeling really cool to the touch which is funny because I had to wear gloves just to wring them because they were so damn hot.

And on the seat heaters yea the lights come on both sides. My buddy claimed when he tried the passenger side for me he could feel it... but I never notice it on the drivers side when I turn it on in the morning head to work. Its been 30~ in the morning so I figured even if they were weak I'd still feel some kind of heat.

Back to the seats, I do plan to keep coating the seats for awhile. I used a whole 18oz bottle already and I was lathering it on there pretty thick I'd put it on there thick thinking I'd be coming behind it shortly to wipe off excess but everytime I looked back to areas I had conditioned it was all soaked up.

I know there is probally something to the spa treatment I am missing and forgetting to do. Maybe I should let the towels sit longer, or lightly massage them into the seats. Most of the time when I pick them back up they didn't pick up any "dirt" that I can tell directly on the towel.

Is there anyway you can take some pics of your seats, while you are cleaning/treating them? I know you just did a treatment so It'll prob be awhile til you do again. I know myself I'll be doing them prob at least once every two weeks for a few months until the seats stop eating the leather cpr lol.

Also pretty sure I am going to remove that sticker that I posted up a few replys ago because it is faded out pretty bad and cracking anyways. I like a nice clean windshield.

Sorry for the long rambling. It's late, I'm tired... But I wanted to try and shove as much information as what I have one, tried to do. And what I know is or is not working so far.

Thanks to everyone for following me and helping me along on this journey ! You guys rock!

Those seats should be dark brown. The fading is from being dry and from UV light. My '04 F350 KR got the windows tinted right away and got KR conditioner from the KR website every month. Working at the dealership I saw some pretty sorry looking KR interiors. When I sold my truck the guy who bought it couldn't believe how nice the interior was. I used to get a bottle of conditioner every year from my mom as a stocking stuffer.
