Hi Everyone, I'm looking to replace the transmission cooler lines, as one is seeping and they both look really rough. I have an 03 screw fx4 5.4. According to the door tag I have the 4R70. I purchased what I thought would be the correct lines, however one is definitely wrong. The line that goes to the lower port on the cooler on the passenger side of the pickup appears to be incorrect. The one I bought has a regular hose end on it that connects to a 90 degree piece of tubing coming out of the cooler. The 90 degree elbow also appears to be a much smaller fitting than what I need. My truck has a one piece line (with a flexible section) all the way from the adapter on the transmission to the cooler. Has anyone seen this before? It looks like the lower line for the 4R100. If I bought the line, would it be correct? I would just buy it and find out, but I have very limited time off work and want to make sure I have good odds of getting the right part.
