Default 03 Lariat OEM Remote start help

Hi, i got a 2003 Screw Lariat FX4 with the Powercode remote start and vehicle security upgrade, or at least I think I do because I found the manual and there is a sticker stating it has a remote start system under the hood. I don’t have the Powercode Remote and I was wondering where I could get a replacement.

This is a new one on me. I know that Ford contracted with CodeAlarm for their dealer-installed alarm systems. Searching CodeAlarm and PowerCode led me to find
THIS REMOTE ON AMAZON THIS REMOTE ON AMAZON
which looks similar to the graphic in your manual. It might be worth a call to Voxx Electronics (the owner of CodeAlarm brand now) to see if they have any info before plunking down $35.

EDIT:
Voxx website: https://www.voxxelectronics.com/code-alarm/
The phone number is buried: 800.645.4994
..

Awesome, thank you very much, I’ll give them and my local ford dealership a call and see how these things are programmed, I have access to a dealer level scanner so hopefully it’s not too complicated.

I saw your post also on FB but couldn't find my nib

Ford A/S kit. I did find it and it comes w a 1 button autostart, but uses the standard key fob for the doors. Here are pictures of it.

You're welcome. Voxx may be able to tell you how to program the fib to the system as well. The scanner shouldn't be necessary, especially since this is an aftermarket system.

AK - do you have an entire shed/barn/pole building dedicated to spare parts???
