The Syn 75w-140 does not smell too bad, the Motorcraft XL-3 Friction modifier on the other hand, that is something horrendous.

But back to wanting to do a full tune up.. can anyone tell me exactly what I should get in order to flush/change all fluids. Pretty sure I'm going to go ahead and do plugs and COP if I can find a good deal on the COP plugs I'll be getting motorcraft of course.

I found a dealer on ebay that sells Motorcraft coils for 320 new for all 8 that's the cheapest price I've seen on them

On anything you drain with a threaded fill plug and drain plug make sure you can get the fill plug loose before you start draining fluids.

If you run into that just reply with 3 characters ex:"..." and it will bring it up. The app has been screwy lately.
