I have a 2003 super crew 5.4 fx4, the fuse for my auto light keeps blowing. It’s a 5 in the 29 slot in passenger fuse box. Any tips on what would cause this to continue blowing fuses?

 

Fuses blow because there is a short somewhere in the circuit. These can be hard to find. Try to find a pattern of activity that causes the fuse to blow will help help narrow down the search.

 

The sensor and module are on the removable dash panel on top of the dash. The module is on the underside of that panel. The relay is located a little deeper in the dash underneath that. You can check all the plugs and wires there for defect.
