'03 5.4 cutting out when warm
My 2003 5.4 SCREW 4x4 started cutting out at highway speed a couple of days ago. Truck is unmodified with 212K on the clock, had it since new. Plugs and coils were changed at 196K, new fuel pump at 210K.
Truck runs fine until it warms up then the engine starts cutting out - not one or two cylinders but the whole thing. Between cutting out episodes, which aren't very regular, every few seconds more or less, the engine produces full power. It seems not to cutout so much under hard acceleration but is maybe just making so much power its not as noticeable.
I've looked for vacuum leaks without success but frankly have no idea what else to look for - any ideas are greatly appreciated!
