hey there new to the forum got a 99 f-150 with the 4.6L I need to go get an e test but my truck wont pass because the stupid new e test machine fails you once it see's the engine light so I need to fix my o2's I plugged it into a scanner and im only getting about 100 hertz to each one so I bought a new o2 and just plugged it in and let it hang and drove the truck until the light came on again I checked the codes and the 4 heater codes are still up is there a relay ???? or anything please help lol

 

I'm confused, do you have custom exhaust or something? What codes are you getting? There is no relay.

I have headers with a cat back dual exhaust that's it I tried just leaving the old one in and just plugging the new one In but it still didnt drop the heater code

 

P0135 bank one sensor one heater
P0141 bank 1 sensor 2 heater
P0155 heater bank 2 sensor 1
P0161 heater bank 2 sensor 2
