So I was on CL and stumbled across a post for a '02 SVT Lightning for $4,100. I was at a show this weekend and there was a '99 there that the guy was selling for $11,000, plus this ad has one picture, and just says "5.4L 330Cu. In. V8 GAS SOHC Supercharged". I don't mind going to check it out, but it seems way too good to be true. It could be anything right? Super high miles, brakes and tires ext. are shot, or the guy just doesn't know what he can get for it. What do you guys think?

Given the near immaculate looking photo and low price I would not be surprised if you got a response stating "I am currently out of the country..."

 

Yeah pretty much seems like a scam to me.

 

I sent him an email for his number and told him I wanted to come check it out in person... I'll see how legit this is for you... Haha

 

A real good deal in tucson in the tucson craigslist... Yyyep. Its a scam all right. See them all day and night on CL.

 

Either he didnt add the 1 to the $4,100 or its somebody who was bored as hell..
