Default 01 2wd wheel/front end questions

Howdy.
New guy here. Please bear with me.

I've poured over a few FAQs and stickies and still have just a few questions.
Not been very successful in finding anyone doing an oem swap with a minor lift only.

I have no plans for anything even mild.
Mostly cosmetic. With long term reliability as priority.

My first question is about wheels/tires.

I think I'm set on getting these OEM wheels and some painting done.

I really dig the design.
That said. Spec is 255/70/16 or thereabouts.
I'd have to grab the build sticker.

I'm looking to go 265/70/16
Nothing massive.
Currently run 265/75/16s.
No rubbing or abnormal wear that I've measured.

My question comes as far as spacing.
I would like to ever so slightly extend past the fenders.
Say no more than an inch.
Can I get away with spacers?

99% highway
1% for my gravel driveway

As mentioned only about an inch.
The current size is about 1/2" behind the fender. I'd have to re measure to be 100%
I've used tire comparison sites, if they are accurate.
I'll go just under half an inch wider.
10 to 10.4
That "should" bring me close to flush. I just want a tad more.
I've already looked at actual speed vs speedo. And it seems factory or no it's already 3% off?
If the forums were correct.
So unless I ever decide to add a tuner to the build. I'll need to account for that while driving.
I never fully reach the speed limit anyway. Perfectly content in driving my truck at 60.

Oh..I have the factory 3.55 LSD.
If that matters.
At "60" I chug along just under 1700.

Any input is greatly appreciated, before I run out and grab that set of OE wheels and some tires.

The tire size I'm looking at is 265/70/r16 if I get the wheels I posted the picture of.

Question 2.
Hopefully less winded.
Keeping ball joints and such happy. Best method to raise the front end to level with the rear?
I'm reading about spacers, new coils, all sorts of things.

For my modest goal, what's best?

I'm hoping to get some answers because I'm about to pull the trigger on OR replacements for the stock suspension.
Nothing particularly wrong. Just wanting to freshen everything up maybe tweak a little as mentioned. So if raising the front will cause abnormalities, I will follow better minds to help me reach my goal.

Long term...MAYBE I'm wanting to do a full on 2-3 inch lift.
But it's doubtful.
Too many truck mods detract from my car

Before adjusting the vehicle ride height look for someone who knows how to compute the proper Camber and Caster. The alignment specs from the factory is set to a specific Front Ride Height of
4.5 +/- 0.8 inch (Regular Cab)
4.8 +/- 0.8 inch (Super Cab).

You will need Hub Centric Wheel Spacer. Are you willing to sacrifice some fuel economy for the looks?

Pirelli Scorpion STR is the best 265/70/R16 tire. H Speed rated.

It wouldn't be that noticeable would it?

Glad I asked.
I'm not used to a small change making issues.
Going from stock 17x8s to 17x10.5 or 18x10s
Never affected the mustangs.

So this is definitely something new.
It's a bit wider and taller than the stock size.
And already the tires aren't spec'd to OEM.

So if it would thoroughly decrease, I may go OEM size.

That said, it's the tires throwing things off? Or are the spacers the bad idea?

I'm currently on here and Google in general.

Please educate me.

If this helps.
Top are on the truck now.
The bottom is my "future" size.
Again both are off from OEM.
But my planned sizing is a bit closer.
According to the chart.
Compared to the OEM "optimal mpg ratings"
I'd be increasing about half an inch, diameter and width.

Sorry for being so long winded.

Body lift kit will give you the same look without sacrificing parts on your suspension but it will not increase your suspension ground clearance.

Don't do the upgrade all at one time.

Ground clearance isn't an issue.
I will look into that as well.
Unsure about good brands.
But even the 3" is priced well.

Will that take care of the front end droop?
