I have looked and cant find any pic of a lifted ext cab long box. i just recently got one when my grandpa past away and was looking at doing some work to it.

I have an extended cab long box too! They are awesome except parking can be a pain. I am looking to lift mine too so I will be paying close attention to this thread. I think the ext cab lb is a relatively rare style because I havent seen many on this forum. How many inches are you looking to lift yours? I am probably going to put a leveling kit on mine, but I am saving up for a 5 or 6 inch suspension lift. Once I get it lifted I will be sure to let you know.
