It doesn't matter as long as you have the 145" wheel base. Super crew short bed and super cab with the 6.5 bed have the same wheel base. As far as it working with your exhaust, if your kit uses the stock ford resonator it will work.

It came with a borla resonator. I am going to measure. Can you measure that delete pipe?

I think the diameter of the borla is the same as stock.
