raptor 3rd brake light

have a raptor 3rd brake light for sale it was painted with a tint spray lightly. has the 3 marker lights and has to be wired in to work with a regular f150

Is it able to be plug and play or does it all have to be wired?

It has to be wired because of the 3 marker lights as you can see in picture I have the wires together. Really a not so experienced can do this wiring job just run it to a running light tie it in and test
