This is a Ford resonator delete pipe for 145" wheelbase trucks. It is used but hasn't seen salt or off-road driving. Ready to bolt on and go.

Yes, it's a genuine ford part. It's really from the 09-10 trucks that didn't have a resonator. There is a whole long thread in the 09+ section about it.
