What would you rate the overall condition? Are there any imperfections (besides normal wear & tear from bugs, rocks, etc.) or issues with them? All functions work?

They are in great shape. I would say atleast 8 out 10 if 10 is brand new. I've never noticed any imperfections and I'm pretty particular with my stuff. All features work as they should also. If there are any other pics you would like let me know.

Heres the close ups. The white spots may come off never really noticed them until I took them off. The drivers mirror has the scratch on the corner.

No, they don't have the puddle lights. There is a cut out in the bottom though, so I assume you could add them.
