I really don't think it's an issue if you can't get the rubber plugs back in as I just think it's just there for a completed "access cover" for just that. You can't see it & really wouldn't worry about it.

These are so cool. Received them in the mail at noon today and had them installed directly. Not too difficult and the string trick is the ticket. I did drop one and the string was the ticket. I don't see how you'd do the passenger side without the string.

I emailed you back & never heard back from you.

Got my MP's installed despite being "Big Hands Challenged" I was able to accomplish this feat!! String is the only thing that saved me as I dropped both of the old MPs during dis-assembly.

They work great and should save the guy parked next to me from door dings!!

If this has already been asked, then I apologize.

I purchased mine from the "other" vendor after I ordered my truck and waited 5+ months for it to arrive. I installed them within the first week of owning it so mine are practically brand new other than sitting in a box. Would you entertain purchasing my take offs for $60 and I cover shipping?

Hi brother,
Unfortunately I can not at $60. The most I can pay for any used door checks is $25 shipped to me.
The program that I offer the members on here are used & reconditioned, along with a core charge & a return. End result only costs the members $40 when the cores are returned.
They are still "used" and the most I can pay is $25 including shipping to me.
I still have to pay the machinist to CNC machine the MP (Middle Position), then I give free shipping to the buyer and even include a free pre paid shipping label back to me of their cores.

Update:
inventory was finally caught up and able to fill the last orders.
My machinist is off for Christmas and New Years and the machine shop will be off for the holidays for 2 weeks.
Any orders at this time will be fulfilled right after the holidays.
