Door Checks with the MP (Middle Position).
Aka: ”MP” DOOR CHECKS


Fits: 2009-2014 F150 Driver& Passenger front doors.

These are used, but reconditioned, modified with the MP (middle position) and are a “buy back” program!

These will also have NEW gaskets installed, Stainless steel hardware in the reassembly, inspected and new moly grease in the springs and cavities…and carries a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!

This item is offered as a cheap alternative, (versus attempting to use a dremel), as these have to be perfectly “in line with one another” in order to work correctly, these are CNC machined to exact tolerances, ....and to mention again- a Lifetime Warranty!

As our 2009-2014 trucks are not made anymore, and the new 2015 already has this feature, … our trucks are starting to get “older” and you now have a choice to get this great mod on a budget. Again, this is ONLY offered as used/reconditioned and as another vendor has quoted that they were not interested in doing such a “buy back” program, so the members here will now have a choice.

Thanks brother ...and a great idea for me to give a little more insight about these, if not already known.
The process is quite simple and will take approx. 30-45 min to complete both sides.
There are Black plastic "plugs" up behind both kick panels (approx. 20" up from the floor).
Peel back these plugs to allow access to R&R (Removal & Replacement). Many trucks will also have a piece of insulation in there - it will simply pull out.
This area is also double walled, so I also including a string to tie onto the Door Check so it does not fall down in. (The string not only will make for easy retrieval in the event, but also helps guide & pull them through too).
You'll have to slightly bend your arms & hands to access these areas & the PASS side seems just a little trickier because of a few extra wiring there, but these are straight forward and COMPLETELY manageable.

I've had my door checks installed for a few days now. I've always had my eye on the "other ones" but personally could never quite justify the price. For $40 I finally tried these out. Brett was awesome to deal with, answered all my questions promptly, and quickly shipped the product. The return process of the cores was also really convenient since the return label was included. Most importantly, the middle position is wonderful in my tight garage since I don't need to hold my door now while getting in and out. The install really only took about 20 minutes, and was fairly simple. I'd highly recommend this product if you are on the fence. Thanks Brett for offering this

Thank you brother! Yea, it's quite an easy process & definitely not one to "fleece" anyone.
I have a regular day job, have an outside life...and the enjoyment of doing cool things like this is what really makes it worthwhile for me.
