I'm the second owner. It shows 4 unlocks left, but it should be 3. Ran this on my '13 EB without issues, but traded the truck in today and this needs a new home.

Do you know if this can be plugged in, in the current form, just for engine monitoring and tire size changing?

Or does a tune have to be bought and ran?

Yes, you can plug it in and monitor stock PIDs without tuning the vehicle.

Your strategy code would have to be the same as mine to use the two 5 Star tunes that are loaded currently. I no longer have the truck so I cannot confirm the code.
