So no bulbs and no harness? That would depend on how much you'd be asking.

If I bought his for $750, I'd be looking for $750 + shipping (unless you're also local). From my search, the hardest part on this set to find is the actual housing. The harness can always be found from salvage yards (if you wanted to stick with OEM). An intact, not damaged housing is the hardest part to find second hand (unless you find something that was totalled on a rear impact or side impact, but not front quarter).

Willing to buy out right or trade for my Chrome OEM HIDs (25k miles, no scratches or damage).

Not looking for scratched or damaged ones. Let me know what you got, show some pictures and a price shipped to 68521 (Lincoln, NE).
have you considered just a painting your chrome? I've seen that raptor retro fit can do it for you, send over your headlights, they charge 250 for shipping and labor, plus whatever mods you decide to get, I think to paint them is $50 extra bucks? so you might pay $300, instead of what ever you pay for the black housing. I'm not completely sure on the pricing, that's what I understood from their website. Doesn't hurt you to ask.
