4x4truckleds - H13 LED Headlights Pair
4x4truckleds.com website says these H13 will work with headlights from 2004-2014.
Had them installed for just shy of 6 months. Both still work perfectly. (finally got around to installing HID)
These are listed for 135 on the website.

i don't have any picture of them installed, but there are many on this site.
overall i was satisfied. seemed to be a nice middle ground between stock halogen and a full retrofit.
