Depending where the buyer lived, a good rim guy can fix that rash for about 125-200$ and you will never know of work.

Very true. I had a bit of an oopsie on one of mine awhile back. A rim correction place completely corrected the damage for 100. I had to check all my wheels, I thought they rotated them trying to trick me lol.
