tag light and plug

i have a black OEM tag ligth and plug off of an 06. used, a lil dirty but not broken. 5 plus shippin sound reasonable? i think these are 14 each new from the stealer.

I can't even get my license plate lights, nor can I find a fuse for them. Just installed new LEDS and I got no light. did you replace your oem with some sort of aftermarkets?
