and sorry i wasnt on here as much lately ... me and the wife are about ready to close on a house, so i been out running around and back and forth looking at houses and the mortgage guy and the realtor, and all the other usual stuff that goes with a family of 7.

Good luck Whhaazupp. I know how you feel right now. With all the new laws they passed for credit card companies it is killing a ton of people. I live in Cuyahoga county here in Ohio. We are the highest ranking county the United States for foreclosures. As a home loan officer I have been pretty slow. But I am not like other loan officers. I don't get commision. So the loans I do are not above what people can afford. I like to have people live for thier homes not thier houses.

I hear ya ...


If you were able to pre-qualify someone for 139K for a house, and they had some items on their credit report, would you tell them that you might not be able to close because of those same items?...
