this is an older chip module out of a 1998 5.4l auto it is a hypertech chip it plugs into the computer not the diagnostic port like the programmers i sold my truck and pulled it off before i got rid of the truck the stickers are weathered so i cant make out the part no anymore would like to trade for a cold air intake kit for a 1998 4.6l auto or make me a cash offer pm me if interrested thanks

What kind of gains d they claim? Since its an actual chip and not a programmer, does it have a switch or module inside the cab? Or is it just a behind the scenes plug it in and leave it there thing
