Not currently no, far as price wise for the X4.

SCT just lowered the price of the iTSX #4015 model down to $351 for April only but that's only for the iTSX model, the X4 and Livewire TS are the normal prices.

Also just as FYI, starting 04/01/2016, SCT is going to be allowing us to sell their iTSX #4015 model tuner at over a hundred off retail / map price and a brand new iTSX #4015 model tuner will be $351 instead of the normal price of $469.
