its 8 pieces.
1) drivers door backing (with cut out for key pad)
3) other door backings
4) handle inserts

Just to help you with your sale... these kits work well for those that want LT handles. You can paint them with proper prep the color of your truck and then have the handle part left chrome. It comes out great with proper sanding and prep work.
