The mount snaps in on the left hand side over the air vent. It snaps in nicely and the cable goes through the side and connects to the OBDII Port. The step by step instructions are in the manual.

It takes about 5 minutes to install it and about 5-10 minutes to program it the first time.

The best I could do is $240 Shipped, after shipping and PayPal fees I will clear about $225. the last 2 used ones to end on eBay went for $275 and $299.99.
