I used the programmer on my 2007 F150, and no longer have the truck.

It was cleared to stock prior to removal. The unit is on the latest firmware, so no need to attempt an update, just plug and go.

Has all accessories plus a mount pod for a 2004-2008 F150 if interested. According to the info I can find, this fits:
