I 100% agree. The technology is there, it should be a federal mandate for the cell company's to have this feature in all phones. Though, I'd make it so all text and call functions are killed, except for the ability to call 911. There is no other reason in the world now where anyone needs to be on the phone doing anything and putting my life in danger while driving. There wasn't 20 years ago, and there isn't now.

Sorry, nope. There is nothing that can be said to you, or said and done by you as a passenger to make anything happen faster for you or the driver.
