Off of a stock 2016 XLT, 17" alloys, stock goodyear 265/70/17s with around 7000 mostly highway miles. I do not have a tread gauge, but it measures 5/16" tread.
Rims have no scratches or scrapes. I even waxed the insides when they were new.
Tires also come with discount tire lifetime balance and rotation certificates with road hazard. If they can't fix it, they will replace it.... that alone runs about $130.
