2005 Owners Manual w/ OEM Ford Case

I have a owners manual for the 2005 model year F150. Im sure that it will apply to model years 04-08but it is actually printed for an 05. It will come with the following:
F150 2005 Owners Guide
2005 Model Year Warranty Guide
2005 Quick Refrence Guide
2005 Model Year Scheduled Maintenance Guide
Driving Your SUV or Truck pamphlet

Shipping charge is $5 anywhere in the USA, not looking to get rich just totaled my truck and no longer need this and trying to hook somebody else up. So make me an offer if youd like. Thanks for looking
