Default 2 Engine splash shield rubber plug squares

looking for the two black rubber square plugs/covers that are for the metal engine splash shield. They are proximally 4-inches. Shipped to 11757. My truck is a 2013 supercrew ecoboost.

Do they fall off from normal driving? I bought my truck used and they were always missing for me.

I bought mine with 17500 on it, they were missing. Replaced them and 1 was gone at the next oil change. As far as I can tell they don't stay on well, no off-road or anything here.

I changed oil on my moms expedition and was like check this **** out. My truck never came with them but I will be adding them.

They dont fall off if installed correctly. In my case dealer would leave them when oil was changed. Each time took it back found plugs on lube bay work bench and each time dealer give me free future oil change. I finally just removed whole shield as it served no purpose except to help meet federal noise standards. Pulled plugs from tin plate and sent them to 4rd they were delivered today.
