I have a set of Moto Metal 957 machined and black with Mickey Thompson Baja MTZ's. The wheels are 17x9 with -12 offset, the tires are 315/70R17 (35"). The tires are mounted and includes a set of 2009 TPMS sensors installed.

Do you know what the min. lift is needed to run those? I'm already tight trying to fit in my parking. Currently just running a 2.5 leveling kit.

Not sure about the minimum amount of lift is or what year truck you have. It seems there are several who run 35's with just a level kit on the newer trucks.

What I can tell you is the wheels are 17x9 with a -12 offset and the tires are 315/70R17's which are 11.9" wide and 34.6" tall.

I ran the tires on my 2003 with only a 3" body lift on the stock fx4 wheels.
